What is Perinatal Training?
Perinatal physical training includes exercises that help pregnant and postpartum women strengthen their core muscles, improve their posture, and prepare for childbirth. Additionally, these pilates-inspired exercises are geared towards strengthening pelvic floor, the center or “core” and overall body awareness .
Perinatal physical training, or physical activity during pregnancy and after giving birth, can have many benefits for both the mother and child. Some examples of perinatal physical training include:
Walking,Running, Swimming, Stationary cycling , Modified yoga and Pilates, Low-impact aerobics

Strength training using light or heavier weights

Guided breath work
When can I start training? Anytime is the right time! But it is recommended that 6-8 weeks post birth is the ideal time to start training
